After visiting the 3 agencies in Emerald to ask to be put on their alert lists for upcoming property Bethany was THE ONLY agent to follow up with me. Thus began a 12 month journey to find a retirement home, it was never a bother for her to call or email me in reference to property coming on the market even though I let her know we weren't quite ready to buy and were wanting to keep an eye on the market so we would be well informed as to what our dollar would buy when we were ready. I cannot recommend this lovely young lady highly enough. She gained a good idea on our journey of what we were after and encouraged us to expand our search area to get more bang for our buck. No other agents compared and we were so glad she got the sale, her equally efficient brother did the actual negotiating which was prompt with us securing our dream property on the day it went on the Internet. A great outcome with happy vendors and purchasers. Bells are an excellent agency that I would rate a 10 out of 10 on all levels.
