After visiting the 3 agencies in Emerald to ask to be put on their alert lists for upcoming property Bethany was THE ONLY agent to follow up with me. Thus began a 12 month journey to find a retirement home, it was never a bother for her to call or email me in reference to property coming on the market even though I let her know we weren't quite ready to buy and were wanting to keep an eye on the market so we would be well informed as to what our dollar would buy when we were ready.
