We bought a lifestyle property and sold the home we were previously living in through Bell Real Estate Emerald back in 2013. Bethany Day impressed us back then, so when we decided to sell our investment property, we called Bethany, even though we had 2 other Real Estate companies also in the mix. Once again Bethany was in our opinion the most engaged and she recommended a husband and wife team to help with painting, renovating and staging. I met them on site, was impressed with what the could achieve quickly and at a very reasonable price, and engaged them to do the bulk of the work. In one month everything was complete and Bethany brought her team through. They gave us a price range that was realistic. The first day the house was open to view there was a flood of potential buyers, 8 offers were made, and we accepted the top bid and 30 day settlement. Once again we have been very happy with Bethany and Bell Real Estate for professional advice and efficient performance from start to finish, and were very happy with the outcome.
