Bettina was very professional in all her dealings with me. She was very prompt at contacting me with updates to the sale process. Because I could not visit Queensland as a result of Covid lockdown in Victoria, she kindly showed a friend of mine through the property and allowed her to film several videos in an unrushed manner which helped persuade me to buy the property.
