Selling our place, it felt right to take it to Betty. She had a history with the property; we had bought it through her earlier and she had been very helpful when we were on that side of things. We were very happy with Betty when we came to sell. She listened to what we explained about changes we'd made to the place, making sure she understood the direction we'd taken it in and could use this element to help focus the sale. I was particularly pleased when I approached Betty about writing the copy for the ad myself and she was only to happy to support that. Bottom line: Betty brings all the local connections and knowledge you'd want and she does so with a lovely, friendly and easy-going demeanour.
