5 stars for Betty's experience and depth of knowledge. Her popularity with sellers and thus selling many properties simultaneously meant that we have less direct contact with her than what we want. However her 2 highly capable assistants Kitty and John did somewhat made up for this. Overall 5 star for Betty and her staff as we sold our property at the price we set.
