Betty Ockerlander lives up to her reputation for being the best in the business. She went above and beyond in the sale of my property, working after hours and on public holidays to make the sale. I interviewed 5 agents and went with her because she showed she wasn’t like the rest. Her knowledge of the area, and of buying and selling houses was apparent upon our first meeting. Betty is a straight talker. I knew my house was going to be a difficult sale, but she was the only one that addressed methods for selling such a house, and described her personal experience of the benefits of living in the situation the house is in. She didn’t need to give me pages of contact numbers demonstrating how many contacts they have, or flashy documents promising unrealistic expectations.
