Dear Iris and Luna,
Nothing like receiving a glowing review from a Real Estate agent working in competition to me. If fabricated stories are your thing, I wish you luck, I just would never stoop so low. I suppose people can see the vendors review next to yours and come to their own conclusion. Now for the facts: You were given permission from the vendor to make the pool fence compliant prior settlement. You sent contractors in to do this, who demolished part of the fence and associated planter boxes and plants and decided to dump all the rubbish on the lawn. The next-door neighbour intended to mow the lawn prior settlement but could not do this due to the mess your contractors created. What a hide, to make a mess on a property you did not own and then accuse me of not removing your rubbish?!? In the end the property was handed over with mowed lawns. Further, you entered the home without any permission to do so. You were only allowed to make the pool fence compliant but decided to let your self into the garage and paint the entire garage area. Technically this is a break and enter prior settlement and as a real estate agent this fact should have been abundantly clear to you. Lucky the vendor was easy going and did not press any charges against you.
Best wishes
Betty
