This is the second time I have used Bev to sell one of my properties and she worked very hard to get the sale. I was entirely satisfied with her performance and the final result and will ask her to represent me again next time I have a property to sell.
Bev has great knowledge and understanding of the market. She provided a high quality and attentive service throughout the transaction resulting in a successful outcome. I highly recommend Bev for any advice you may seek and/or transactions you may want to undertake in the the future. Thankyou for selling me my first property Bev!
Bev has sold two properties for me and on each occasion she has been incredibly professional and helpful. Her knowledge of real estate is beyond measure. Her negotiations with potential buyers is excellent and you know that she will always do her job with integrity and honesty. I do not hesitate in recommending her to anyone I am associated with.
Bev was highly professional from start to finish. She gave us sound recommendations based on deep local knowledge and delivered in every aspect, exceeding our original expectations. Simply the best.
Bev did a complicated purchase for us with some tricky tenants in the mix. I was well informed and professionally dealt with through the whole process. Would definitely use Deb again if i get the chance.
We had 2 successful, professional transactions in a week. Bev worked hard for us with good results. All details were dealt with efficiently and professionally. Very happy.
Bev was recommended by a friend and after meeting several agents I had no hesitation in contracting her to sell my property. Bev's honesty, credibility and straight forward approach were refreshing and she made what can be a stressful situation as calm as possible. I was very happy with the outcome and the speed with which everything was completed.
Bev worked very hard in an exceeding difficult market for the sale of units. I valued her honesty and knowledge of the market place. Regarding communication, it is sometimes good to know what is going on, even if nothing is going on. I have recommended Bev to several potential sellers in the area and wish her well for 2108.
I found Bev great to deal with. Very honest and upfront, she was great!!
We were very impressed with Bev and her team at Acton. They provided excellent customer service and supported us throughout the entire sale process, including assisting us with recommending service providers to prepare our home for sale and settlement. An absolute pleasure to deal with because they are professional, customer focused and great with follow up. They were definitely high above the agent we used to sell our last home 4 years ago.
Bev went out of her way to make my first home purchase both possible and enjoyable. I definitely recommend her. Thanks Bev!
