Bev Heyman was excellent. She got the deal done it wasn’t an easy house to sell . We thought the price may be higher but it appears prices have dropped in the area . So under the circumstances it was a good deal . She also made a concession for the agents commission so all in all a fair deal was done . I think Bev is a good agent and we got to know her well . She’s very good at negotiating.
