Bev Heymans is the most professional, honest, pragmatic, friendly, approachable, organised, creative real estate Agent I have ever met in my 40 years of buying & selling Real Estate in Australia and SE Asia. We gave 4 properties to a competitor of Bev's and he could not selling anything in 5 months - No Offers. When we then gave the same 5 properties to Bev, she sold all 5 within 3 months of listing each one of them. This is an Amazing Result in a very difficult real estate market in Perth in 2015 & 2016 !!
