Bevan sold our home in some challenging circumstances. We were overseas throughout the preparation time and also the market in Adelaide was "softening". Nothing was too much trouble and despite us being overseas, his communication was top notch. He also has a good office team that helps support, so emails were answered in a timely fashion. He really put our minds at ease. Every expense (advertising/fixing up the house) was accounted for and communicated. He took the headache out of selling and sorting out the things that would make the house sell e.g. he organised gutter cleaning, repainting inside, outside cleaning, gardening, attractive furniture for the house etc. Obviously, we had to pay for these services, but it was very reasonable. My bottom line advice is to take his advice/recommendations as he clearly has a lot of sales experience. He was very honest about things that needed sorting which is helpful. We had only used his company previously for renting out another of our properties (for the last 6 years), and that was an excellent experience, too. Prior to this, we had never experienced him as a sales agent. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We think that Bevan is a skilful communicator and has always given us the confidence to sell even when the marketing conditions have not been perfect. Bevan even with his years of experience in real estate still manages to be energised and enthusiastic in conveying his thoughts and ideas on the best ways to market the property. Evaluating the property values can sometimes be tricky, but he is always realistic in his pricing and manages to strike the right balance to attract buyers, while having his clients’ best interests in mind. We think it is special the way he approaches his open inspections, the way he pays attention to potential buyers, understanding their needs and being able to build a great rapport with any genuine buyers. He always makes direct contact by phone after each inspection. Bevan has good administrative processes in place and support staff who ensure that everything runs effortlessly. This is the fourth time now that we have used Bevan as our agent and we have been extremely happy with the results he has achieved for each property.
