I thoroughly recommend Bevan who was not only patient with my house search over 9 months but made every effort to help me find something that I was really happy with..one house I looked at four times then brought family to check it out.. Enough to challenge anyone's sanity. I am 73 yrs of age and my agent bevan dorrington metaphorically held my hand through the two processes. It was a 3 month marathon due to buyers delays. He is a great bloke too, always positive, and when the market was slow (before he negotiated the final sale), he was always willing to hold open houses or offer a bit of useful advice.
