Just purchased a property and Beverley was our agent and in my opinion I do not think she was a great Agent. The house was trashed when walked through to inspect the property after we committed to buying the property we asked if she could get the owner to remove the rubbish. Was told that it would be done and it never was and we was left with the clean up a skip bin full of garbage. I also had the feeling that Beverly had no faith at all that I could get the loan for house which in my opinion is abit wrong.
