Brilliant Property Manager and Agent

Bev has been my Property Manager for my investment property for the past year. She built up an amazing no nonsense relationship with the tenants and managed them and my property with great skill and experience. All Bev's dealing with both the tenant and myself was efficient and professional. Bev's communication is impeccable and she kept me informed and advised on any issues that arose. She efficiently directed and managed trades without me having to stress about anything. Bev was a proactive Property Manager, often advising on maintenance that needed to be done before things got out of hand and again managing all the work herself. When the time came to sell my property, Bev had an amazing insight to the local market and even researched and analysed open day times to be the most advantageous to the exposure of the property. Bev was a skilled negotiator with offers received and I believe I got the best price for my property. I am extremely happy with the end result and cannot recommend my experience having Bev at my side more strongly. If you are looking for a practiced Property Manager and Agent, don't overlook Bev.
