Having formed a great rapport with Bevin on the phone over six years It was a natural progression for me to choose him as my selling agent. The actual process was then painless with three viewings and multiple offers the day of the first one. After some negotiation Bevin achieved a quick and very satisfactory sale, going to contract one week after initially being offered for sale.
