Bevin was very informative and helpful through the whole process of selling our house. Before we even "signed on" with him, he gave us advice on getting our house ready for sale, walked through and also got us in touch with some trades to support the last bits of work. We negotiated a sliding scale for commission with a stretch goal that he met, for a win/win. On auction day, working with the Auctioneer and picking the right spot to hold the Auction was a real value add. Great stuff mate!
