Mario and Team Sanfrancesco demonstrated their ability to execute to the highest standards yet again. From pre sale advice, preparation for sale then onto a flawless marketing campaign that delivered an outstanding result in the current market. Every interaction with Mario and his team was a reminder of why they are the leading Agents in Canberra year after year.

UNBELIEVABLY THOUGHTFUL AND TIME PERFECT PROFESSIONAL.

Mario and Team Sanfrancesco were simply fantastic. Their experience and professionalism shone at all times. Delivering a calm and well managed campaign, Mario was tremendously communicative and we never wavered in our faith of his knowledge and skill. He listened and never 'sold' us false expectations. Mario worked tirelessly and the result achieved was fantastic. Thank you.

From our first meeting Mario (and Fiona) and his team inspired confidence. They are proactive communicators, offer professional advice based on years of experience and regularly updated me on progress and market interest. The estimate they gave regarding the value of the property was spot on - even a little conservative. It was a very pleasant experience to work with them. I highly recommend them.

And I speak from professional experience (I have been a practising lawyer for 43 years) as well as being the client, which I also have been quite a few times, as buyer and as seller, over the years. Plus Mario is very engaging at a personal level and fun to deal with, as is his lovely wife Fiona and all the rest of the team.

Mario and his team were exactly what we needed and helped us sell our home quickly and efficiently. His advice was accurate and we were really impressed by the regular and very up-front communication. This was one of the best organzied and methodical home sales we have ever experienced. With the current high interest rates and cost of living pressures it was not an easy time to be selling. However, Mario and his team were always very pragmatic and we feel lucky that we made the right decision of engaging them to sell our home. We will be asking Mario to help us with our next Canberra purchase or sale.

Mario, Fiona and the team are a pleasure to work with. They're highly skilled and professional, very knowledgeable and excellent communicators. Mario and Fiona were very considerate and responsive in the lead up to, and during our auction campaign when our personal circumstances were changing - they provided an excellent service including advice, flexibility and support to ensure everything proceeded smoothly. We highly recommend them.

Subject: Testimonial Selling a Home of Distinction - Team Sanfrancesco your only choice! I first met Mario over 10 years ago when we purchased 3 Rawson Street from him. I was impressed with his service to me as a buyer have kept an eye on the hundreds of other beautiful homes he has sold since. When it came time to sell I knew he would the best agent for the job. From my first meeting with Mario and Fiona I found the process very efficient. They designed a clear plan regarding my home’s best presentation for sale and the recommended marketing campaign. From the very first buyer inspection Mario’s diligent follow up of potential buyers and clear and regular communication was superb. I also really appreciated Mario’s walk-through intro video for their social media and allhomes marketing. His advertising shows his flair and the video was of top quality and represented my home beautifully. Mario’s auctioneering capabilities have clearly been honed over many years and his skill level as an agent and auctioneer was clearly evident on the day of auction. I believe his extensive knowledge of the Inner South market, his client list and personal network as well as his ability to connect with buyers also assisted in this very pleasing result. Mario you are a legend and I can highly recommend this awesome team of true professionals

Mario, Fiona and team has made this an easy and enjoyable experience. They have taken the pressure off selling our unit with their professionalism, and helpful attitude. Thank you all so very much it has been greatly appreciated.

This is the fourth property which Mario and his team have sold for us. Each time the level of service goes above and beyond expectations. Got over what was a realistic valuation at auction thanks only to Mario's tenacity and professionalism. Wish Mario and the team all the best in the future and would recommend them as a selling agent without hesitation. Thank you once again

Mario Sanfrancesco and his team at Blackshaws undertook a very professional campaign for the sale of 2 Johnston Street, Narrabundah and were able to secure a sale in the lead up to Christmas 2023. Mario impressed with his communication, marketing strategy and personal commitment.

Mario & William sold my apartment in Braddon. They exceeded their reputations. The result was fantastic, they were professional throughout and very genuine. I'd absolutely recommend using them.
