That's great to hear that he's a good real estate agent with excellent customer service! If he's busy but responsible, it shows that he's dedicated to his clients.

I strongly recommend that you do NOT use this agent. He was very negative throughout the campaign with a final accusation that we were unrealistic in our reserve. He even suggested that we should pull the property from the auction even though throughout the campaign I consistently told him what we wanted for the property. I don't believe he conveyed this to the prospective buyers. He constantly undervalued out property by stating that the buyers were only quoting very low numbers. He then countered this by pretending to be on our side by telling us that all buyers were liars. He should have given us his insight and supported us by telling us what he thought the property would go for. we understand that it would be a promise and that would be his best estimate, instead he constantly told us that was what they were offering and not to expect more. He strongly pushed setting a ridiculously low reserve to not stop the momentum of the bidding war, knowing fully well that we risked selling the property at an undervalued amount. On auction day both he and the auctioneer pressured us to settle after the auction was passed in, by telling us that if we rented the property out it would not get a lot of money, that land tax was high, that the tenants would ruin our house and ..... the list went on. On the whole it was a very unpleasant experience and I would strongly recommend not to sell with these agents. Mario was very nice until he got us committed and then the real Mario came out. I told him we didn't need a photographer as the photos from the last auction were valid and of a good quality. He insisted we still get a photographer in and then ended up using 90% of the photos from the last campaign. What a waste of our money. Don't go with Mario!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can highly recommend Mario. He kept me informed along the way providing advice and options and pushed hard to get a good result in a tough market.

Mario was very helpful from day one of inspection, Answered all question's. He also took the time in making follow up calls if he could assist in anyway. During the auction Mario was very helpful during the bidding process. At the end of the day I purchased the property thanks to Mario for his support on the day of auction.
