I met with two or three different agents from different firms. As soon as I met mario tucci from harcourts I felt at ease, no pressure or the desperation the others tried to make me feel to sign!. At every step of the way the whole group from harcourts welcomed me from the girls at the front counter to the assistants all made me feel at home!!. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and it all worked like a well oiled machine and went without a hitch!. Right through to auction day and instead of it feeling like a task the auctioneer made me feel excited and happy to be part of it!!.
