Mario was fantastic to deal with. He kept me updated after each open, letting me know how many came through and how many requested the section 32. The property sold at auction for well above what we expected.

My partner and l first met Mario back in 2016 and even back then we thought he had an honesty about him that appealed to us both. Fast forward a couple of years, we entrusted mario with our little priced possession and I must say we were not disappointed with the outcome at the auction. Mario deserves 6 stars for being so good at what he does and we highly recommend Mario Tucci to anybody contemplating selling their property.
Despite reaching the result we were aiming for at auction, the overall process was disappointing. We had a rocky start with confusion and delays by Mario’s team at Harcourts on getting our online listing first published. We were then subjected to heavy conditioning on our reserve by Mario and his team to the point where we were concerned we would not be able to sell the property, and seriously considered listing it for rent. We also felt that some sales leads were not being followed as closely as perhaps they could have been. I think the icing on the cake was a rude exchange between Mario’s team in front of the auction crowd whether to have the auction in the rain or not. Definitely some areas I think Harcourts could work on but as I said above, we got the result in the end

Mario was very easy to deal with. He had good knowledge of the local market, and kept in regular contact through the campaign, with agent/vendor meetings. Mario was up front about all costs, and kept us advised when the market changed and gave us realistic expectations of the auction outcome.
