We were very happy with our dealings with Harcourts and Mario Tucci. The outcome was as Mario anticipated which was great.

Mario offered an impressive high level of service he was very patient through all the process of successfully selling of our much loved property. His commitment was evident as he kept me informed at everything. I was also impressed with empathy he showed even after the sale had been finalised.

Awesome service provided by Mario and his assistant Davinder. Never thought we would get incredible and so quick response for the sale of our property. All thanks goes to Mario and his assistant for their effort, that we got the buyer of our property in only 2 weeks. We can recommend Mario and his company Harcourt to anyone to approach who is willing to buy or sell their property without any doubt.

After meeting several others, Mario and his team was the right choice for us. We knew regardless of whom we had gone with, our house will eventually sell somehow. Working with someone that we felt the most comfortable with was definitely at the top of our list. We were pretty realistic about the transaction and knew that there is a possibility of a longer process given we're trying to squeeze as much as we can out of the current market. Mario understood our situation and fully accommodated every aspect of it into the action plan. Mario is courteous, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He has a great sense of people and is a great communicator. Plus his attention to details is superb. Mario shares the same virtues as how we treat our clients in our business. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mario and Davinder.

Mario and his team deserves to win. His advice, knowledge, loyalty, credibility and achievements in selling my property recently, along with others has bought & sold for me, comes with most highest of recommendations! He knows his stuff & keeps you in the loop all the time. I wouldn't use any other agent/agency. Also along with being a genuine nice guy, he is well worthy on an award & I recommend him highly. Well done Mario and Davinder and thankyou once again...

Mario and Davinder have been very professional, good listener , didn't push me to sell, respectful and worked with me at all times. So I totally recommend Mario and team if you want a good result
