Mark did provide an easy selling process. However, I did not receive anywhere near the estimated selling price as discussed during the initial conversions, a modest underestimation in property value. The actual sale price was closer to my initial expectation and potentially I was sold a dream during the on boarding process. Regardless of the sales pitch during the on boarding process and lack of additional funds in my bank, the property did sell and the overall selling process was satisfactory.
