Kept us up to date every week and got the property sold

We employed Mark to come and do a price for us as we needed a price for Dad's assessment for Centrelink. We then contacted Mark once we got all the paper work sorted and he was so good with Dad explaining everything to him and made sure that he understood what was happening. (Dad turned 90 this year) After the first open house Mark had two people interested who made an offer but he said he thought we could do better. Mark then asked if we would mind if he had another open house. On the Monday after the second open house Mark rang us and said that a chap had offered us $8000 less than what we had put it on the market for and also that the chap had cash and didn't need to have money approved. We could not believe what he had just said. Mark then asked if, after I said that we would accept the offer, if we wanted 3 or 4 weeks settlement. We settled on 3 weeks. So from signing the paper work, to sell the home, to handing over the keys was 6 weeks. Mark and his wife, Natika, did everything possible to make sure we knew what was happening every step of the way and were on hand if we had any questions. We could not have asked for any more. Mark was recommended to us and you can be sure we are recommending Mark and his team to people we know who are about to sell their home.
