We recently purchased a new home through Mark and could not fault. He went above and beyond updating us throughout the process, making it as smooth as possible. He was very helpful in our final inspection making sure we understood all the fiddly bits to the house.

Forget the hyperbole - Mark - Team Daniel did a professional job of handling our purchase of 16 Willetts Road from the time Mark met us at the front door of the Saturday morning Open House. The professionalism continued on from there as we asked to go to contract before we left the Open House. He met us again later at the house for Lesley and I to have a closer inspection before we signed a contract with our offer. We had an agreement on price by Sunday night. Mark continued to keep us in the loop as to the progress of the Contract and we had 2 pre settlement inspections with Mark and his lovely wife Natika. The professionalism didn't stop at Settlement and Mark arranged for the Vendors, David and Sonja, to come over to meet us and show and explain some of the house idiosyncrasies - a lovely gesture.
