Mark knows what he is doing. He’s been at it a long time and it shows. We recently had to sell my fathers home on his behalf. It had been somewhat neglected and we weren’t sure where to start. Mark was able to offer advice about what improvements we should make without over-capitalising and refer us to tradesmen who could help us get the work done. The team did a great job at photographing and marketing the property and we had a contract within days of the listing. Two contracts fell through but Mark acted quickly each time to secure the next and was able to get the the third and final to increase their highest offer substantially to get a great outcome - all within the same week that the first contract was drafted! I can confidently say that Mark worked to get my father tens of thousands more than if we had have chosen one of the other agents that we met to work with. We know he was the best choice and have no doubt that we will be calling him as soon as we are ready to sell our own place.

I found the listing online, saw it a day later and it sold itself, it was just what I wanted. I bought it within the week. So I had very little engagement with the Agent. However, it was a nice touch to get some wine bottles when collecting the keys, and a follow-up call once settled in. It is the seller who has most involvement with the agent, and from what I saw of it, this office seems to massage that relationship. A personal touch, 'friendly' advice, and empathy for the seller during their most anxious time.
