Great experience mark does a great job

We originally bought our house through Mark 6 years ago and when it was time to sell, we knew it had to be through Mark and his team at David Deane. Mark is very knowledgeable within the real estate game and always works hard to get the results his clients wish to achieve. We knew it would be a hard time to sell during COVID, but Mark and his team pushed hard to get the final result we are so happy with, and we can’t thank you enough.

From the initial meeting with Mark Rumsey, I was so inspired with confidence that my house would be sold. He was very excited and interested and seemed grateful to be in charge of selling my property. Mark found the type of property that we were looking for in the area that we wanted to be (not to far from our granddaughter!!) and our offer was quickly accepted. We then listed our own home with Mark to sell. The final offer on our house was for a little bit less than we were hoping but Mark had a chat with the owners of our soon to be new house and they lowered the purchase a little. At the end of the day the deals were done, we sold our property and we bought our nest egg home. This would not have happened if not for the communication and negotiational skills of Mark and his team. We found that the agent was a bit pushy at first to get the contract signed but then again this was the first property we purchased and thus wanted to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed, ensure that this was the property we wish to purchase. However, after signing the contract, Mark's assistant, Luke, has been there every step of the way and we very much appreciate his assistance in getting us through the issues that arose, many due to the virus outbreak and subsequent lock down, until well after settlement.
