Mark has an extensive knowledge of property values in the area, and gave us a thorough and honest appraisal of recent sales. Nothing was too much trouble, and I have no hesitation in recommending him for anyone buying or selling in the area.
Mark presented very well and from my perspective appears very knowledgeable about the market. However I felt let down when I could not speak to him at the time I needed his expertise the most i.e. when the an offer came in and I had to decide on my own what to do. Admittedly, it was after-hours but still, that is what is an agent's bread and butter. I also felt that Mark should have been the one to present the contract and sit in on the signing. Mark's support person Naomi was excellent.

We first meet Mark Rumsey 12 years ago, He sold use the house we lived in for 12 years. Mark would keep in contact with us every 12 to 18 months just to see how things were going, personally, Renos and just generally interested in us and our home. After 12 years and our 2 kids moving on we decided to get incontact with mark to discuss our options with either finish off the reno's or look at selling the property.
