Would not go anywhere else. Have used Mark on 3 seperate occasions now and could not have asked for any better. We got what we where after for and Mark went above and beoynd in assisting us in selling our properties. Would highly recommend Mark to any of my friends and family.

Mark was a continually approachable, accessible and professional agent during the process of us purchasing a house through him. From start to finish, he provided excellent service and we would gladly recommend him to other prospective buyers or sellers.

Great to work with, very knowledgeable.

Mark was very helpful and had great insight.

I have had experience in purchasing more then 15 properties and selling a similar number. I had experience with Mark Rumsey 5 years back when purchasing a property, and was impressed with the way he represented his vendor, the help and information that he gave me and the overall honesty in his dealings that far exceeded the conduct of any other agents that I have had dealings with. As a result I searched out Mark when I was ready to sell again and was more than satisfied with the final result. I would recommend Mark to anyone seeking an honest, reliable agent and assure them that he will not be found wanting.

We could not recommend Mark Rumsey more highly. This is the second time that Mark has taken care of selling our properties. He has always kept us up to date and achieved the results we expected. Both Mark Rumsey & Naomi Otto are true assets to David Deane Real Estate. Thank you again 10/10

We have recently sold our property with Mark and Naomi and are very happy with the sale. With our House under contract in under 1 week Mark and Naomi listened to what we were wanting and delivered. We would recommend David Deane to anyone.

Mark and his team worked tirelessly to enusure we received the best price possible. As a result we acheived a settlement amount well in excess of the market value.

Thank you Mark, for helping me sell my house after helping me purchase eleven years ago. There was no question after you supported me (a young single girl) through the purchase of my first house so long ago that you were going to help me sell. You, Naomi and your team are so understanding, helpful and efficient. What a great result and a super-fast sale. I would highly recommend you and your team to anyone wishing to buy or sell their house, especially if they are just starting out.

We would definitely recommend Mark and the team at David Deane. He was a quick and clear communicator and when things got a bit tricky during our negotiations, he was able to find middle ground and get the process back on track. He knows the market, understands people and is good at communicating with both sides, even if things aren't going as smoothly as hoped for. Naomi was also great, thanks to both of you for helping us get a property and at a good price. Kirt and Monica

I had a very tight budget and Mark did an amazing job showing me prospective properties. He then gave me a couple of days to think about them and followed up with a call. He then was able to negotiate a price for me and both Mark and Naomi supported me through the process. I would recommend Mark to anybody looking to buy. He will show you properties that will suit your needs and budget.

Mark and Naomi were great to work with while selling our rental we were in and buying our first home. Naomi was always contactable for questions
