The professionalism demonstrated by Mark Rumsey and his team throughout the process of selling my property was impeccable. They exceeded the expectations of both time to sell and target price. Mark Ramsey has exceptional knowledge of the local market in Petrie which was invaluable with the go to market campaign.
From listing through negotiation to contract signing the process was well managed by Mark and his team.
A big thankyou to Mark and Naomi at David Deane Real Estate on my recent purchase. Naomi was easy to talk to, very pleasant and professional and kept me informed with everything that was happening. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Naomi to anyone wishing to buy/sell. Kind regards, Nola
Hi Mark. We would like to thank you and Naomi and the team at daviddeane. They achieved an exceptional price for our modest home. It was sold within a week. We were very pleased with the outcome. We would not hesitate in recommending Mark to anybody. Once again a very big Thank You Pat and Kevin.
We selected Mark at David Deane RE because of his knowledge, expertise and understanding of the real estate market for our area. Mark has always been upfront and honest with us as clients, which we certainly appreciated. Mark and Naomi Otto both operate with honesty, integrity and always made the time to discuss details pertinent to the sale of our property. As we live interstate, Mark and Naomi assisted us by organising tradespeople to prepare the property for the best condition for sale. We found the entire process of dealing with Mark, Naomi and the DDRE team to be very professional, caring and provided us with a stress-free process through to the settlement of our property.
I recommend Mark and the team Very highly I have bought and sold a few houses over the years and this was by far the best experience I've had.advice before listing ensured I had a contact signed within 24hrs if you list with Mark start packing I could not be any more impressed cheers Mark and the team
Very professional and helpful through the whole process of buying my house. Thank you.
We recently listed our property with Mark and Naomi and found their service amazing. We listed the property on the Friday and had our first open home the next day. With low expectations on the first open home we were over the moon when we received our first offer on the property the next Tuesday. With some fierce negotiation on Mark's part - we were able to increase the offer to an acceptable level and went to contract. We were hoping to sell quickly - but never thought it would happen that fast. Extremely happy with the result and service received from both Mark and Naomi throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family in the future.
I have used this agent twice, and found him to be very professional . He put in some long hours and worked very hard for me.
Mark has sold my property in Bray Park recently. He was very professional as a selling agent and he delivered results beyond my expectation.
I found Mark's knowledge and commitment to selling my property invaluable. It was a pleasure to have Mark as my agent. I would highly recommend Mark Rumsey and his assistant Naomi Otto to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property. Get the Best!
Mark Rumsey
