Mark is a great agent agent as he tells you how it is. He makes sure you get the best price for your house and doesn't over sell himself. He had a great marketing plan and we sold before our first open with spot on price Many thanks to both Mark and Naomi on a terrific sale Simon & Darry

Mark was knowledgeable and kept in close contact during the settlement process, making my first home buy a good experience.

We found Mark extremely helpful and he did well under difficult circumstances to effect a reasonably smooth settlement. We would use Mark if we wanted to buy or sell a property in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark to any of my family and friends should they be in the market to buy or sell property.

Totally professional, what more can one say ? Would recommend Mark and Naomi of David Dean Real Estate without hesitation. Regards Darryl Ovenden

Dear Mark and Naomi, We met Mark back in 2011 when we purchased our home from him. Then in 2015 we are selling the vary same home. We cannot thank you enough for your advice and support for a smooth sale of our home. Mark was instrumental in advising us on the best way to market and prepare our home for sale. His market knowledge is unsurpassed. He was able to advise us on a listing price that would make the seller happy, but also ensure it captured the best of the market. His friendliness and enthusiasm is contagious. Once the house was available for sale Naomi was our eyes and ears on the ground, She was instrumental in the sale of our home and I have had many a phone call with her whilst she was "keeping us in the loop".
