Happy with sale and speed of it, especially after unsuccessful contract with another agency, and enjoyed talking with Mark and Naomi and regular contact with progress etc. a little disappointed that fee was not pro-rated given very short amount of time that house required advertising and showings. Overall- pleased with result.
Mark was our Agent when we purchased our present residence. We had looked at a few homes in the area, and Mark then felt that we should look over our present residence. I must say he really had listened to what we were looking for, as it turned out to be our perfect match. It was the right size for downsizing, and as we love gardening it was the right garden.
