Meagan was brilliant from start to finish, she brought a sense of calmness to what we thought was going to be a stressful time for us. From when we first called her to after selling her communication was second to none. With Meagan’s help we were able to achieve a fantastic result for our property.

Meagan was a wonderful agent from start to finish. We met with a lot of agents that failed to instil any confidence in us. All were frankly smarmy. Meagan struck us as honest and above board and didn’t spin us a yarn. Throughout the open houses and up to auction she kept us informed and abreast of developments and was always willing to answer questions and address any worries we had. I will definitely be recommending her to friends who are looking to sell in future.

Meagan and her team are always excellent to deal with. Great communication and dedication throughout the purchase process, while providing great property and market expertise. Purchasing over the Christmas period can be tricky but Meagan was always available and ensured that the deal kept moving smoothly. Meagan is one of the best agents to work with and also just a great human being. Highly recommend!

We came across Meagan at one of her mid week wine and cheese open homes.  From the start she came across as someone that is honest and to whom you can trust to sell your home for you.  We knew then and there that once we found our home, we would be entrusting our townhouse sale to Meagan and her team. The process was handled professionally and efficiently and the team conducted themselves in a very courteous and respectful manner. We would recommend Meagan's services to anyone looking to sell!

After purchasing our first family home with Meagan, there was no one else we wanted to entrust the sale of our unit with. Within a week our property was listed and sold with a fantastic result. We found her so incredibly helpful, easy to work with and trustworthy. Meagan is very invested in her work and it’s so refreshing to find an agent that puts in the effort and is so personable. We couldn’t be happier with our outcome both as a buyer and a seller. We would highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Megan Muir if you are considering selling or purchasing your property. She is very hardworking, reliable and transparent throughout the process. Her bubbly personality and passion truly shines.

From the first time we meet, we were impressed with your presentation for the property sales. You have been very honest and upfront on what to expect and strategy. The professionalism was consistent all the way to the end of the sales. Most of all, you delivered on your commitment

Meagan Muir is an outstanding agent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property. Throughout the process, she truly proved herself to be a "sellers' agent," always putting our best interests first. Her commitment was remarkable, hosting open home inspections twice a week, even during torrential rainstorms! Her dedication and professionalism never wavered. When it came to the final negotiation, Meagan's expertise shone through. She skillfully moved the buyer to meet our agreed value, ensuring we achieved the best possible outcome. If you're considering selling, Meagan is the agent you want on your side. Her knowledge, work ethic, and results are second to none. Thank you, Meagan, for an exceptional experience!

Meagan has been fantastic to deal with from the very beginning. We fully entrusted her to sell our beloved home based on her sound advice, negotiation skills, credibility, confidence, unguarded and positive personality. Meagan has gone above and beyond to assist us not just in selling our house, but in pursuing our next dream home. She was present in all our open homes and was quick to communicate with any updates. She continued to keep us informed (and worked) though the festive periods to ensure that we were at ease with both our selling and purchasing processes. We would highly recommend anyone selling to engage Meagan’s (and her wonderful team) service.

Meagan and her team went above and beyond on every single port of call, to ensure that across our campaign every avenue is explored to get the best result for us. You don’t sell Or buy in Cannon Hill without going to Meagan first!

I can't rate Meagan highly enough. She was incredibly kind and bubbly. Her professionalism was exemplary and nothing was ever an issue. She organised a lot of different services for us (staging, handyman, etc) at short notice and everyone was happy to assist which shows how respected she is. Meagan sold our house for a market record in a very short period of time. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell!
