Meagan was recommended to me by a neighbour who had recently sold her property. So when it came to sell my townhouse I contacted Meagan. Throughout the whole process she was friendly, helpful and professional and the sale price she achieved was above my expectations.

I purchased and then sold my Cannon Hill property with Meagan. On both occasions she was amazing! Super easy to deal with, and very professional. Her local area market knowledge is exceptional, and Meagan and her team are always super supportive, upfront and go above and beyond. Thanks so much Meagan!

We would like to thank you for your efforts in regard to selling our property. We are impressed with your positive can do attitude. We are very happy with the outcome. You deserve 5 out of 5 for this sale. All the best from Drazena and Aleks

Meagan has been a pleasure to work with on the sale of my home. I was impressed by her openness, experience and professionalism, and felt I was in safe hands during the whole process. I was very happy with my outcome and would highly recommend Meagan to sell your home.

Selling your first home and being new to the property sales market can be extremely daunting with all jargon, costs and logistics involved and can deter a seller from taking that next step to putting their property on the market. As someone who is always critically thinking and evaluating these types of decisions, Meagan was able to bring a state of calmness and confidence to every decision making process in which others are not able to achieve. Her commitment to the seller coupled with her kind, caring and professional nature was able to put us at ease through the entire selling process which yielded an extremely efficient and satisfying property sale. I would highly recommend Meagan as your next agent.

Meagan helped us sell the family home, so mum could move to care. Amongst a list of difficult constraints, that included no advertising, complete privacy of mum’s things (very limited photos and chaperoned inspections ), a bunch of vagaries with regards to contract conditions and timing, Meagan took all in her stride and made our lives simple. She showed compassion and understanding for our situation yet guided and managed processes that allowed us to focus on the bigger task. The house was sold with a really simple settlement, for a really great price. What more could you expect from your agent? Meagan isn’t just our agent, she is now a part of our extended family.

This is our second sale with the Place Agency. We had no hesitation to go with Meagan Muir for the sale of townhouse at Cannon Hill. We were given the same attention and consideration as we were first time. As is Meagan style she kept us informed with the market and her positive attitude and hard work achieve a good result for us. She has 5 out of 5 from us. Thank you Meagan. Mara & Vince.

When deciding to sell our home we met with several agents, and after our initial discussion with Meagan were very confident she was the one. Her enthusiasm, confidence and easy going manner were exactly what we wanted. The whole selling process was made very simple with great communication along every step of the way, resulting in a fantastic outcome for us. Thank you for going above and beyond. Kylie and David

We have sold two houses with Meagan, each time getting an excellent result, which exceeded our expectations. Meagan is honest, professional and attentive, always available to answer questions and provide sound advice through the entire process. Meagan is very knowledgeable of the area and market, we trust her judgement implicitly. We will continue to sell and would absolutely buy through Meagan, that’s saying something!!

Meagan was very well prepared on our initial meeting with potential buyers already lined up & a strategy to run with. After finance fell through on our initial sale Meagan was amazing. We asked Meagan to ‘work her magic’ one morning & the house was re sold that night. Meagan was very open with her communication and was also very accommodating in what was a difficult situation. Meagan would always return calls or messages and went beyond expectations. All the agents in her team were extremely easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Meagan for the sale of your property.

Most reviews read fairly predictable, but we truly feel that we need to share our level of praise and utmost appreciation to Meagan for her outstanding level of service. Right from the start, Meagan listened to what was specifically important to us. We were never in a rush, but still wanted to be kept abreast of the market conditions leading into the preparation of our launch. All the dates and milestones came together as predicted and her vigilant team were at ready to make anything happen so quickly and efficiently. We found Meagan incredibly accessible and she was always open to have a chat even though, no doubt she had many other commitments. On that note, she has an absolute knack to make you feel like you were her absolute priority and I have no idea how she handled all her other listings along ours, as she was very discreet and incredibly professional with how she conducted herself and we achieved exactly what we thought we would achieve. We hope to keep in contact with Meagan and hoping to cross paths down the track with our next purchase!

This is the third time we’ve worked with Meagan now, once buying and twice selling. As always she is an absolute delight to deal with. Friendly, professional, efficient and knows the local market so well. Her communication is second to none. We would highly recommend Meagan and her team without hesitation.
