I can’t recommend Meagan highly enough. She sold our house in Cannon Hill without it going to the market! We were so impressed and we couldn't have asked for a better professional to deal with. She’s a rare combination of being very proactive without being pushy. She invests time in building relationships with sellers and buyers and in this case found our buyer directly from her database which allowed us to save money on marketing costs and a seamless negotiation process. She was always available and a pleasure to deal with!
