We engaged with Meagan approx 12 months ago when we moved into the area. We were looking to renovate and Meagan made herself available to us to ensure we didn’t over capitalise for the area. In the end our personal circumstances changed and we needed to sell after 12 months. We were very happy with the sale price and was unconditional in 10 days!! Such a pleasure to work with - extremely organised and communicates really well. Highly recommend.

I found Meagan after working with two separate agents over the previous 18 months. During that time neither had been able to bring forward an offer, but I heard a lot of stories about how tough it was to sell a unit in Brisbane. Despite the tough market for sellers there was one agent that was getting results - Meagan. I reached out to Meagan and less than 4 weeks after listing we had an accepted an offer. Great communication, great team and - most importantly - got the result I wanted. If you want to sell in Norman Park, Meagan is the person you need to work with.

Meagan was always welcoming and positive in all our dealings. She tried numerous approaches to stimulate market interest and int he end achieved a great result.

We researched several agents before choosing Meagan, the best decision we have ever made. She is very approachable and very willing to discuss and suggest options with regard to selling options. Very professional with her approach and methods which is the reason she has such an excellent success rate. Keeps you fully informed on progress and does not proceed without full disclosure of intentions and the best way to proceed for a successful outcome. A lovely lady who has a bit of humor in her soul and enjoys a laugh. She set a range of value for our property and achieved a sale within that range, we couldn't be happier, would recommend her to anybody with her domain. It would appear we don't have to yell from the rooftops as three apartments within the same complex as ours have now jumped on board with her to sell, nuff said

Meagan is a professional, well presented and more importantly relatable agent. Every touch point of her service during the transaction of our new home was seamless, controlled and handled in a timely and efficient manner. Due to unforeseen circumstances which resulted in additional viewings of the property, Meagan was always happily obliged and willing to assist. Meagan knew the property very well, this struck me as a key indicator of her attention to detail and personal research within her portfolio of properties for her clients. Arguably Meagans most definitive skill was how she married the motivations of her client and the properties unique selling attributes to the criteria of possible leads, of which I was one. Meagan's comprehensive knowledge and genuine nature ultimately provided comfort to our purchase decision. Meagan never missed a detail and kept us 100% informed of all changes and developments in the contract. This high level of communication made an otherwise complicated transaction with the end of year rush efficient and timely. Furthermore, for second home buyers, Meagan's tenacity provided support and control over the entire transaction. Meagan from Samantha and I, we wish you all the best in the future and thank you for supporting us through the sale process. You never underestimated the significance of the transaction for our family. Thank you and please leave your sold sign up for a while as we want people to know we are proud to have purchased through you and will always recommend your services to others.

We bought our family home from Meagan and she was great throughout the entire process.

I would thoroughly recommend Meagan as an outstanding agent. She demonstrates natural ability in the sales area and ensures she has an in-depth knowledge of the local environment. Meagan has excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence. These attributes enabled us to gain knowledge about the most efficient methods of selling a house in the area, have confidence in our choices and communicate our concerns in the knowledge they would be dealt with professionally. We were able to confidently leave the paperwork and organisation to Meagan. If you want to sell a property contact Meagan Muir for the best possible outcome!!

Meagan Muir is an excellent agent - knows the market very well, great communicator, reliable, hard-working and very easy to deal with. Is a good negotiator and remains positive and friendly at all times. Would highly recommend.

Meagan sold my Townhouse where another failed. She followed up all leads effectively and managed the process very well. Would defiantly use her again!

Meagan is an exceptional agent who sold our place for a record-breaking price in less than two weeks. Communication at all times was timely with frequent updates throughout the various stages of the sales process. An honest approach and a charming personality made dealing with Meagan an absolute pleasure. If you want the maximum sales price for your property I highly recommend choosing Meagan Muir as your agent.

Deciding to sell my home was a very emotionally charged decision for me to make. Meagan made the whole process stress free and absolutely supported me every step of the way. I'm very happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Meagan to anyone. She worked tirelessly to get me the absolute best result and kept me fully informed on a daily basis throughout the campaign.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging the services of Meagan Muir to sell my property in Cannon Hill. The reason I chose Meagan in the first place was because she had contacted me when I moved into the area and introduced herself and offered me a bi annual property market report for the area, which I appreciated as it kept me abreast of the activity in the area. My personal situation changed earlier this year and the decision was made to sell the house. I contacted Meagan and she was prompt and professional in formulating an appropriate plan to sell my house. Meagan helped with some outsourced makeover activity and within a week the house was ready to hit the market. After the first open for inspection we had a number of positive parties and 4 days later sold the house. Meagan was professional, respectful and prompt all the way along and I have no hesitation in recommending her as an enthusiastic and hard working real estate agent.
