I have sold a number of houses over the last 3 years so I have had dealings with numerous agents however Michael was the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He continually kept me informed on all inspections and the feed back from potential purchasers (good and bad). He was never pushy always polite and only suggested things if I asked. His knowledge of the local area is outstanding. I would certainly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for an exceptional estate agent who works tirelessly for the vendor . Michael has good knowledge of the local market. His experience comes handy to seller and buyer's both. Typically, he would have been a sellers agent but I liked the fact that he striked a right balance in giving the buyer correct information so that they can make an informed decision. Despite of Covid-19 threat looming large during the period the property was in the market, he was pretty confident he would sell the house for the figures he had mentioned to us before.
