We were quite pleased that Bhanu and the guys at 361 had a good data base of clients looking for homes like ours and we therefore were able to do a deal "off market" within a couple of days. We didnt mind dropping our price a bit when we didnt have the advert etc costs to pay. He was able to bring prospective clients to view our home promptly and was always punctual and clear about what was transpiring. This allowed us to view and purchase our new home knowing the current one was sold and we could proceed straight away. After the sale he regularly contacted us to ensure all as going smoothly and that the settlement had gone though without a hitch.
