I find Bhanu and team at 361 very professional, friendly and trustworthy. I have mostly dealt with Bhanu and he was always just a call away at any time of the day. All this started with a very friendly call and within initial 2 minutes, I knew that I have found the right person in terms of my property requirements and in next 30 minutes that I have found a friend for the rest of my life. This was my first time for buying a property and obviously had too much to ask for help in terms of the process. I don’t know if there could have been a better way to assist me in the buying process. Bhanu made the whole process a lot easier than I should have dreamt of. I have already started Bhanu recommending to my friends.
