I was recently caught out by another agentand seller who accepted multiple offers and gazumped at the last second. Leaving me $1000 out of pocket with solicitor fees and living in my van. When I saw this property, I loved it but was really nervous after the prior experience. I told Bhavya my story and that I really needed a place to move into asap. Bhavya moved at rocket pace for me and played a huge part in passing the way for a very quick exchange with early occupancy. I first viewed the place on a Sunday and had keys on the Thursday! An insane turn around! All along she was bubbly, positive, encouraging and accessible. She answered every tiny question and took every pestering call with patience and smiles.
