Bought a property off Mike and the team and have since rented it out using them. They were great throughout the process, the original owners stayed on for a temporary lease and they then found new tenants very quickly once they vacated.
Mike went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome! He has exceptional knowledge of the local market and we knew were in good hands. He made our buying and selling process easy and stress free.
Mike was great to deal with and delivered a result above our expectations. He always 'did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it'. That is rare these days. Additional credit to his team who were just as good.
The experience was ok but Adriana was super helpful and communicated with us well without her this sale would never have happened.
Mike and his Team at Rize was sensational not only did they sell our beautiful home but got us a record selling price for our home in Tapping
Mike has helped me sell a number of properties, his service and professionalism is first class, I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Mike has great knowledge of the Banksia Grove area and he made us feel very confident with our purchase.
