Mike has been fantastic from start to finish! He made the sale of our property in Banksia Grove easy and super quick. The outcome was better than we expected and we would be sure to use Mike in the future if we were ever in the situation to sell again! Thank you for everything Mike.
I thought Mike was a little abrasive at first but I was wrong this is a man who takes care of his clients. When we were messed about by a seller he organised a viewing of a place off market and found my family their new home. I have nothing bad to say about Mike he will look after you and make sure you find what you need.
Mike is the men who works with heart rather than business. He connects with people so easy. He doesn’t sell the house he is the men who sell your dream house. He gets so quick what you want from market. Our experience with my Mike was great. We really appreciate Mike’s efforts to get our first home. Thanks again Mike and we will recommend you to everyone who wants buy and sell their home.
Always there hard working happy to help. He has been around for awhile he knows and he sells. Man I would recommend. Thanks Mike Tomas
This guy simply put knows his stuff and has all the relevant contacts to get your house over the line at the best possible price
Mike was able to sell our house before it even went on the market and the best part was we got exatcly what we were asking for. With a couple of helpful tips on where to make improvements the sale was made before i even had time to finish them. Great work Mike
Mike has now sold 2 properties for us and neither time did we need a home open. He sold our houses to people he knew were looking and were a good match. Because of the work Mike does keeping a database of buyers he is able to do this. He makes the experience easy and gives tips for presentation. Highly recommend Mike to anyone selling in Banksia Grove.
Mike made the sale of our first house easy and very fast. He knew what we wanted and knew what others were looking for. Mike was very helpful and answered all our questions with ease. Highly recommend!
I first met Mike at a home open and had a chat with him about what me and my wife were looking for. Most agents say they will get back to you and you never really hear back from them, I thought this would be no different ... But, boy I was very wrong!! Mike called us after a week and told us about a property and it seemed too good to be true but he managed to locate something that fit us perfectly and also helped us keep in budget. Mike is genuinely easy to contact and his team are very efficient with helping make things easy with everything they do. Thanks guys for such a great experience with my our first property!
As first time home buyers we really didn't have any kind of idea of what to expect from the whole process. Mike and his team made the experience really easy and were happy to assist and explain all questions asked, no matter how trivial. Mike was so easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. We really felt supported and guided throughout the whole process from start to finish.
Mike is always the most trustworthy and knowledgeable agent. He knows the area so well and always provides honest advice. Has been such an easy process.
