I have sold many properties over the years, however, my most recent experience with Mike Gjestland from SLP was outstanding. Mike demonstrated significant experience in selling properties in the area and had valuable insights into current market prices and strategies to make the property more marketable and presentable. Mike and his team went above and beyond in preparing the property for the first home open, which was made more complicated by virtue of the fact that the property was still tenanted. This included arranging access to a gardener to do some tidy up work and attending the property photo shoot where he assisted in moving boxes etc. and ensuring there was minimal disruption to the tenants. Mike was also instrumental in negotiating a price on our behalf that met our expectations and even supported the Buyer in obtaining unconditional finance. I can't thank Mike and his team enough for their efforts in providing an excellent level of service which resulted in our property selling after the first home open.
