Mike got us a great price on a house we love. He was so prompt with all communication and is highly knowledgeable in all areas of buying and selling houses. He really knows what he’s talking about and was always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Mike!!
Mike was very open, honest and helpful, I believe he went above and beyond with helping the deal go through thanks Mike
Mike knew what we wanted in a house so as soon as he got this new listing he was prompt to show us through. He has been very professional and friendly which makes the world of difference as you feel comfortable with him and you can put your trust in Mike to help you find that perfect house. We can not thank Mike enough for being efficient and looking out for us. Highly recommend Mike!
After some research we chose to go with Mike from SLP Realty. Why... becuase his sale numbers, sale prices and turn around times tell the story. We met with Mike on the sunday night and had an offer before even going to market 3 days later. All you could ask for in an agent... efficient, prompt and clear communication and just plan hard working. Definitely works hard for buyers and sellers alike.
Nice guy to deal with. Open for all the questions and enquiries and also with options. Excellent communication skills.
Was able to negotiate for us despite odds the time were delayed but his market knowledge was able to work out timelines with us and the house owners until the sale occurred we are very greatful
Mike was awesome. In 2015 we met with Mike and another agent and decided to go with the more well known agent which didn't work in our favour! Once we made the decision to try sell our home again we had no hesitations in contacting mike and he most certainly delivered! Thanks Mike
From our first meeting at a open home to handing over the keys, Mike has been most helpful and friendly and has a great knowledge of the industry. His reply’s always prompt and informative. It was a pleasure working with him to secure my first home. !!!!
I recommend Mike Gjestland's as a real estate agent. I found he had a good knowledge of real estate. He had good people skills and was approachable at all times. Always returned my phone calls promptly to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Mike.
Mike was quick to respond to attend an appraisal for our house in Banksia Grove. We had a few appraisals done by other agents but we really warmed to Mike who was honest, laid back and efficient. He gave us great feedback on ideas we could do to help the sale of our house. We took all his advice on board and actioned the items he said would help and he also sorted out an interior designer to come and help stage the house for photos and when the house went on the market. We had one home open and the house was sold!! I couldn’t believe it! Mike kept us informed of everything along the way and the whole process has been easy. He was recommended from a friend who sold her house before their first home open and I can see why he’s so good at his job!! Thank you for all your help and will definitely be recommending you as an agent to friends and family in the future!
Mike sold our property to a client on his database before the property was marketed. Good outcome for all!
Mike Gjestland
