Mike really knows the market. His tips and hints on presentation, and his knowledge of what needs to be done to get a house sold, was proven after I took his advice. My house was on the market for 6 days and sold after the first home open. I would recommend Mike to anyone wanting a smooth selling process, a great professional manner and a timely sale.

Mike is a down to earth no rubbish guy. Tells you how it is, and keeps you updated every step. He generally wants to sell your house for you, not for him and makes every effort to do that. Even though we didn't get our asking price exactly, it was very close to what Mike had said it will go for right at the start and we were happy with that.
