One thing I always have said I love a real estate agent that is very transparent! Honesty is Second nature to me and when a person is very direct and transparent you can always move ahead in the right direction. I seen the house once I fell in love with it. I brought it. Negotiations was perfect. Everybody happy in the end kept me up-to-date with what was happening throughout. The whole lot was easy to communicate.
