Mitch and Amy made selling so simple. effortless, and so quick. They wasted no time, organising the selling campaign. Photographer the internet listing. Everything was done so promptly. Excellent communications. I always had plenty of warning for all appointments. Negotiations were very efficient, and a good selling price was achieved. A very professional team. We were the buyers so technically were not Mitch or Emily's clients (some seller agents don't really care about the buyers in this market.) but I felt they were very respectful and helpful with the whole buying process. We had a couple of extra challenges being out of town which they were very helpful with. We also had some extra challenges with an unlawful occupant of one of the properties we purchased through them (long story not their fault nor probably really). Emily in particular was very helpful and caring in regards to this situation. It was managed well and turned out well in the end.

Our experience with Mitch and his team was fantastic, because of the delicate situation, having to sell Mum and Dad’s property, due to Dad going in a home and Mum no longer able to live at the property on her own, there care towards Mum at this time was so appreciated, they kept me informed every step of the way and literally took the worry of selling the property away. They were there, if we had any concerns or questions, always available. So very thankful for all they did, for us.
