I am in my "golden years" and in that time have had quite a number of real estate transactions. This one far surpasses any so far. I couldn't have wished for anyone with more knowledge, experience and helpfulness. The property needed a facelift, but living in Brisbane, it was difficult to oversee this. However, Bianca turned out to be a life saver. She ended up pretty much being my project manager and with her help and advice and overseeing tradesmen, the property was quickly brought up to a great standard for sale. It was sold within a week for much more than I realistically expected. Unfortunately during building and pest some very unexpected hidden problems came up which could have meant the loss of the sale, a huge reduction in price and/or taking it off the market to rectify them and then put back on. Again, Bianca came through and with much negotiation with the buyers, and quotes from many trades people, it was sold with only a minimal reduction in price. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond what could be expected. As I have said, it has been the best experience with a real estate agent I have had in my many, many years.
