Bianca is an outstanding realtor. Her skillsets go way beyond her spot on market knowledge, her proactive communication and her impeccable professionalism. Bianca has very high emotional intelligence that is shown in her dealings with all concerned in the process of selling/buying a property, a process that can be very emotional when a seller doesn't really want to sell but must do so, and can be stressful for all concerned. Bianca's commitment to making the path as smooth as possible also for my beautiful tenants was remarkable. Bianca has also been my property manager for these tenants and the previous tenant.
