Bianca is a phenomenal communicator and is an empathetic person. She is professional when dealing with us as the vendor, and relevant stakeholders to our property - buyers, tenant, property manager. We saw how hard she worked for every open inspection, maximising as many channels she had leverage to bring people to the door. We also appreciated that she was the type to call as her first mode of contact; we got full reports and updates, and were able to make decisions better that way.

We initially met Bianca 5 years ago when renting out our property. With the level of commitment Bianca displayed as a property manager, we did not hesitate with engaging Bianca to sell our home! Bianca is dedicated to achieving the right outcome for her clients. We could have sold our property on the first open home with 2 offers, but Bianca suggested we keep it on the market for a couple of weeks longer as she knew the right buyer was out there (there was negligible gain for Bianca from commission between the price we were aiming to achieve and the initial 2 offers).
