We initially met Bianca 5 years ago when renting out our property. With the level of commitment Bianca displayed as a property manager, we did not hesitate with engaging Bianca to sell our home! We could have sold our property on the first open home with 2 offers, but Bianca suggested we keep it on the market for a couple of weeks longer as she knew the right buyer was out there (there was negligible gain for Bianca from commission between the price we were aiming to achieve and the initial 2 offers).
