Bianca is a highly professional and engaged estate agent, with strong communication skills. Whilst selling a property with Bianca she went above and beyond to organize maintenance on the property and chase leads in order to close the sale. The only reason why I rate this 4 rather than 5 stars, is that Bianca could have done a better job managing expectations in regards to the closing sale price, as well as how long the property would be on the market when initially coming into contact with her and One Agency.
